MISSION STATEMENT
Enhance mobility in Orange County and Southern California
by developing and operating publicly owned toll facilities
as a part of the regional transportation system.
ABOUT TCA
The Transportation Corridor Agencies (TCA) were formed
in 1986 to plan, finance, construct and operate Orange County's
67-mile public toll road system.

The San Joaquin Hills Transportation
Corridor Agency (SJHTCA) manages the 15-mile 73 Toll Road,
which stretches from Newport Beach to San Juan Capistrano
in southwest Orange County. Officials from 14 cities and county
Supervisorial districts near the 73 Toll Road are appointed
to serve on the Agency's Board of Directors. The Board makes
major decisions about construction, administration, and finances
affecting the 73 Toll Road.
The Foothill/Eastern Transportation
Corridor Agency (F/ETCA) manages the 241, 261 & 133
Toll Roads which link the Riverside (SR-91) Freeway near the
Orange/Riverside County border to I-5 in Irvine and to communities
in south Orange County. Officials from 15 cities and county
Supervisorial districts near the 241, 261, and 133 Toll Roads
are appointed to serve on the Agency's Board of Directors.
The Board makes major decisions about construction, administration,
and finances affecting the 241, 261, & 133 Toll Roads.
